The KISS Factor is something I intend to bring up frequently.
I believe in my heart of hearts that dealing with children is not as mysterious or difficult as adults make it sometimes. Children of all ages have the capacity to do their jobs; exploring, learning, growing, expressing their needs and desires, and expanding their horizons. Adults seem to feel that we have to reinvent the wheel constantly in order to raise children that are productive, content, mature beings. Not.
I believe that there are some basics that hold true and can form the foundation for being a part of the lives of children. These basics serve parents, grandparents, teachers, or anyone else that hopes to be a productive part of the life of a child.
The KISS Factor is my way of addressing these basics and my way of providing adults with something to intellectually ‘chew on’.
